Re: Friends of the Orphan Schools entry Re: Frances Lucy Baker Birth registration shows that she was born on the 29 Dec 1849 the parents being George Baker and Mary Ann Baker nee Morgan. There was another convict on the same ship as Mary Dunn by the name of Mary Ann Morgan Convict No M1948 EH as per 'C in VD' website. Do you think that Mary Dunn took on the parent responsibiilty for 'Frances Lucy Baker after her marriage to George Baker therefore it accounts for the mothers name of Mary Dunn in the entry for Frances Lucy?
