Conduct Record: 1583. Daniel Dunne, Tried at Kings Co, Lent Ass 1840, 14 years, Transported for Stealing arms. States this offence, Stealing 2 muskets, Young & Welch, 2 ? 7 years each. Single. Surgeon’s Report: Employed as Capt of a Mess. Well behaved & cleanly. Catholic, cannot read or write. Plo’man & F. Labourer. Age 24, native of Kings Co. Died in the hospital, Hobart, 18 Aug 1846.
