Patrick Dwyer pleaded Guilty to an indictment for demanding fire-arms from and administering an unlawful oath to Mary Kelly, servant in the house of Patrick Phelan, of Skeery—Sentenced to 7 years’ transportation. Clonmel Herald, 1 April 1829.
