Michael Power, and Thomas Dwyer for attempting to compel to quit—to be transported for seven years. Limerick Chronicle, 4 April 1832. Michael Power and Thomas Dwyer were put to the bar charged with serving threatening notice on Walter Burke, and by threats endeavouring to compel him to quit his farm at Rampark, the notice signed Captain Moonlight, being read it was stated that the prosecutor and his family would be destroyed if he did not quit his farm. Clonmel Herald, 28 Mar 1832.
