David Dyer Born Waltham Abbey Essex England son of William and Mary Dyer Originally sentenced to death at the Old Bailey on 15th January 1800 and taken to Newgate prison to await hanging for stealing 2 heifers but was changed to transported for life. Married 1811 to Mary Brimble convict sentenced to 7 years transportation for larceny. They both arrived on HMS Glatton march 1803. they married1811Sydney and remained married until they passed away and are both buried in Camperdown cemetery old Sydney. David Dyer was pardoned in 1828 and lived a free man remaining with his wife in Sydney Australia
