Folios 5-7: Elizabeth Dyer, aged 16, convict, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, severe headache, general uneasiness and sense of debility with pain under the sternum, dyspnoea but no cough; put on sick list 15 January 1830, sent 26 February 1830 to hospital at Hobart Town.
