Accused of burglary (feloniously stealing, on the 3d of February, in the dwelling-house of John Goodman , a man's cloth coat, value 15 s. a linen sheet, value 4 s. a linen handkerchief, value 2 s. and a cloth coat, value 10 s. the goods of Benjamin Goodman, feloniously and burglariously breaking out of the house, to get out of the same). Found guilty, lesser offence.
