Gloucester Assizes. Rich. Eason, aged 23, and Thos. Eason, his brother, aged 21, were indicted, charged with have stolen, in Sept, last, black mare, the property of John Jones, Cholsey, in the county of Berks. After the examination of several witnesses, the Jury returned verdict of Guilty against both the prisoners, and sentence of death.
