MONMOUTH SPRING ASSIZES. W. HOLLIS, ESQ. HIGH SHERIFF. The Commission for holding these Assizes was opened on Saturday evening last ... DEATH RECORDED.— David Edmunds, William Lucas, and Isaac Pritchard with having stopped William Lewis on the public highway, in the borough of Usk, and lobbed him of one silver watch, and 23s George Parry, charged with Monmouthshire Merlin, 2 April 1831.

He was an accomplice with William Morgan Lucas and Isaac Pritchard when they robbed a weaver of a silver watch and 23 shillings in silver. All three were sent to Van Diemens Land on The Strathfieldsay.
