Place of origin: Westbury-on-Trym, Gloucestershire No; 19440 Aged; 23 years old Offence; Rape of Mary Miller aged 26 years she was married woman but separated from her husband. Accidently Drowned by the upsetting of a Canoe in the South Esk River on 4 October 1853
