Sydney 24 May 1814. No 12. (crossed out) Catherine Egan, age 19, Tried City of Dublin, August 1813, 7 years. Catherine Egan was due to travel to VDL per Kangaroo with a group of 60 convicts who all were transported to NSW on the ship Catherine. However, she was one of three women, who, at the last moment did not go, due to being in a bad state of health, and were relanded at Sydney, and three other women sent instead. -------------------------------------------------- Colonial Secretary Index.
