McFarling Ewing To Frederick Goulburn, Esq, Colonial Secretary Sir, We hereby certify that McFarlain Husan, who came by the ship Martha, Asprey, Master, - which arrived in the year 1818 – has not been convicted of any crime or misdemeanour in this Colony, but is to our certain belief, an honest, sober and industrious character – having served faithfully James Brown of Parramatta, from December 1818 to February 1823.
