Henry Fairmanner was transported along with Thomas Fairmanner (Medina 1825 VDL) for 'Stealing a mare'. Occupation: Horse Dealer. 1834: TOL Liverpool 2/8/1836: TOL Passport - on recommendation of Liverpool Bench. 22/8/1837: TOL Passport - on recommendation of Liverpool Bench. 30/3/1838 The Sydney Monitor: NOTICE. I THE TUNDERSIGNED hereby caution all Constables and others from molesting me, I having lost my yearly Pass-port which enables me to attend the Sydney Market. Description-Henry Fairmanner, (of Liverpool) per ship Minstrel the 2nd; year of arrival, 1825; age, forty; complexion and hair, dark. General Remarks-None. HENRY FAIRMANNER. 30th March, 1838. 31/3/1838 Sydney Gazette: On Tuesday afternoon a person named Henry Fairmanner alighted from the coach at Blackwells public-house, at the corner of Goulbourn-street, on Brickfield Hill, when he met a female with whom he entered the house ; they were presently joined by a man, and continued drinking together. When they separated, Fairmanner searching his pockets on his way home, discovered the loss of his pocket book containing £30 in cash, a £5 order, and a 30s. order, together with some receipts of importance. The parties have since been apprehended and were examined before the Police Bench on Thursday ; the prosecutor, however, either through stupidity or a desire to screen the delinquents, so grossly prevaricated in giving his evidence that, the parties were discharged from custody. 1/1/1840: CP 1847: Henry died aged 47 (NSW BDM) - no marriage found.
