One woman and 7 children died on the voyage. At least 2 children were born during the voyage. The Surgeon Superintendent was Dr Wylie, R.N. and the Matron, Mrs Evans. The Arabian arrived at Hobart Town, February 25 1847.

In the goods of William Scarff, late of Hobart Town, Carpenter and of Joseph B. Fish late of the whaling vessel Victoria, Mariner both deceased intestate. ALL PERSONS having claims against A the estates of either of the above named deceased persons are required to prove their respective debts before me at my office, Hobart Town on or before the 22nd day of November next or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit accruing from the said estates.
