Westmeath Assizes. Monday last our Assizes commenced before the Right Hon. Lord Norbury, and the Right Hon. Judge Daly, ... The following capital convictions took place, viz. Francis Fagan, Thomas Fagan, Edward Farrally, and Robert Browne, found guilty of burglary and robbery in the house of Mr. Nicholas Murray, of Galmileitown, on the ?th of May last, to executed on the 10 th of August next. ...
