The Ipswich Journal Suffolk, England 23 Jan 1836 IPSWICH CORPORATION Robert Girling 56, and Samuel Finbow, 54 by Sir Augustus Henniker, Bart., charged with having stolen a quantity of wheat, the property of John Hart, of Cotton. Robert Girling, not found. 1844: TOL Liverpool NSW BDM has a death for a Samuel Finbow in 1849 aged 62??, place of death not given - presumably it's this one.
