Morris FINNERTY was convicted at Fermoy, Cork Co., Ireland in 1816. Life Sentence. Transported to New South Wales per the ship 'Pilot', then transferred to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Elizabeth & Henrietta'. Several notes of misconduct and punishments whilst in VDL. April 1821: Break & enter a dwelling. To be sent to Newcastle, NSW for 7 years.
