CAUTION. THE undersigned having LOST his CERTIFICATE OF FREEDOM, hereby cautions all constables and others against molesting him after this notice. DESCRIPTION. Name — Patrick Finnigan, per ship Ann and Amelia; 1825; sentence 7 years; native place Dublin; trade or calling Gardener; year of birth 1791; complexion fair ruddy ; hair brown, mixed with grey ; eyes dark grey to blue ; general remarks — red whiskers, fourth finger of right hand disfigured scar on inside of middle finger of left hand, small scar on forehead over right eye.
