Bathurst, 22 Jul 1831, for Killing sheep, 3 year sentence. Returned to Sydney, 18 May 1835. Description: Thos Fitzgerald, native place, Waterford, age 34, 5ft 2¼. Sallow comp, dk brown hair, lt grey eyes. RC religion.
