William Fitzmorris was convicted at Middlesex, London 2 July 1832 for stealing from the person. 7yr transportation sentence. William had been previously convicted and sent to Bermuda where he served 6 years of a 7 year sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Circassian' arriving 16 Feb 1833. Aged 26yrs; plasterer's labourer Assignments in the Colony. Numerous notes of misconduct and punishments.
