The trial of James Fitzpatrick, for a robbery of harness, and other articles, of Mr. Latouche, Monday, was after some time proceeded in.—the ... merely the charge of felony, and disclosed the circumstance of very desperate ..., which he made, when apprehended by a young man the service Mr. Latouche. It appears that the Offender made a confession of his guilt, and stated that he was anxious to be transported.— The Jury without retiring from the Box, found him Guilty. Dublin Morning Register, 1 Nov 1826.
