Birch/ Absent from his Masters farm without leave, Reprimanded. Aug 22 1823. T.L. Embezzling a letter containing £10, the property of Mr Wells, 50 Lashes, Forfeit his Ticket of Leave. Feb 23 1830. F.S. Drunk- Repd. June 5 1830. F.S. Breaking Contract with Mr Samuel Haywood to perform a certain log fencing- Defendant promises to complete his agreement & is discharged on payment of costs. March 2 1831. F.S. Drunkenness, fined 5/-.
