ENNIS, AUGUST. On Thursday out Assizes terminated, when the Right Hon. the Lord Chief Baron and the Hon. Hon. Justice Jebb left town for Limerick. The following are the convictions which took place at our Assizes: Patrick Carty, burglary and robbery, death ; Michael Maddigan, Michael O’Neill, Thomas Linnane, Daniel Kelly, John McNamara, John Flaherty, and Mat.
