LANCASTER ASSIZES, AUG. 27. The Assizes at Lancaster closed this week, when the following prisoners: … John Fleming, for horse-stealing; ... all received sentence of death.
Leeds Mercury, 5 Sept 1812.
Lancaster Assizes concluded on Monday, when fifteen received sentence of death, and five were left for execution.
