Offence: Rape on Cecelia Brady, a servant girl, in her father’s house, at 12 in the morning. Her sister was in the house at the time. “Several certificates of character in favour of this man” Surgeon’s Report: Very good. Trade, Shepherd. Native place, Co. Mayo. Remarks: F, Laurence, N.P. M, Bridget at N.P. 1B, Peter; 7 S, Bridget, Mary, Jane, Honoria, Nancy, at N.P. Conduct Record: Ticket of Leave, 28 April 1846. Died in Hospital, Hobart, 21 July 1848.
