Edward Fogarty for attacking a house near Ballyraggett and demanding arms—to be transported for life. This offence was committed during  the sitting of the King's Commission, and the man was apprehended, tried, and convicted within hours. He, with several others, left the County Gaol on Thursday morning for the transport hulk at Cove. Kilkenny Moderator, 28 July 1832.
