I have the honor to enclose yo that it may be submitted for the approval of your Excellency the Governor, a requisition for Slop clothing for the supply of the prisoners named in the margin, recently arrived from Calcuttaon the ship Research for the purpose of having issued to the parties to whom they may be assigned in terms of the late Regulations. … Names: Edward Kelly, Chas Pool, Edward Foley, William Hudson.
