Jeremiah Foley was convicted at Tipperary for Arson (burning a house) - also convicted with him was his brother-in-law. 15 yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the ship 'Duke of Richmond' arriving 2/1/1844.
