Assize Intelligence Devon Assizes.— These Assizes did not close until near eleven o'clock on Saturday night, when Mr. Justice Holroyd passed sentence on the following Prisoners: — … Daniel Ford, and Thomas Murray, for house breaking, were Sentenced for Death, but have all been reprieved. Royal Cornwall Gazette, 17 Aug 1816.
