Libraries Tasmania transported for life for housebreaking. Gaol report bad character convicted before and whipped. Hulk report good. Committed a number offences before: receiving stolen property , stole wood 3 months, stolen sticks 31 days, embezzlement 6 months and flogged. married wife Letitia from Woodbridge. Surgeons report orderly. Whilst in VDL received a couple of charges for insolence and disobedience and being drunk. Suffolk Assizes. Wm. Foreman and Christopher Brown, for breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Martha Jessup, of Woodbridge and stealing divers silver spoons. &c. Bury and Norwich Post, 26 Mar 1834. ------------------------------------------------- Convicts. —On Monday last were removed from the County Gaol, in this town, the following convicts, William Foreman, Christopher Brown, James Kennel, and Samuel Tubby—each for life ; and Thomas Shearman and Edward Goddard—for 7 years ; to put board the York Hulk, Gosport.
