Warwickshire Epiphany Sessiosn. BURGLARY - FRANKTON. James Foster and John Townsend were charged with having burglariously broken and entered the dwelling-house of Samuel Heath, Frankton, and stealing therein therein one shirt, some knives and forks, and divers other articles, value £1, his goods. ... Leamington Spa Courier, 6 Jan 1838. Amongst the prisoners tried both Courts were— James Foster and John for burglary house of Mr. Samuel Heath, of Frankton, be transported for life, having both been convicted before. Coventry Herald, 12 Jan 1838. John Townsend was transported on Coromandel to VDL.
