Samuel Foster was convicted of burglary in March 1795 in Dorset, England and was transported to Australia for life. His three accomplices were also convicted namely his brother Thomas who turned Kings Evidence after pleading guilty. Samuel Pain, transported. John Scaddon/Skadding executed at Dorchester Prison by hanging.
