Suffolk Assizes. Judgment of death was recorded against nine capital convicts, viz.— ... and William Ware and Robert Fox, for horse-stealing. The learned Judge said, that offences of this latter description were of a heinous nature, and required proportionate punishment: but there was no positive evidence of any other charges against the prisoners he should order judgment to be recorded, and their lives were spared, they would no doubt be sent out of the country.
