F.S., C.S. and anchor left arm. Tasmania Police Gazette, 15th Sept 1871, p150. Prisoner discharged from Gaol, week ending 20 & 24 April 1872. From Launceston, Bernard Foy, per Duke of Richmond, F.S. sentenced on 23 Jan 1872 for idle & disorderly, served 3 months, native of Coot Hill, Co Armagh, 48 yrs, 5 feet 1 3/4 inches, dark brown hair, heart & cross right arm and anchor, C.B. left arm, scar near left eye.
