Threatening Ann Rook – to find sureties for her good behaviour for 6 months. Sep 27 1817. Ux Baker. Receiving stolen sugar – one month hard labor in the Gaol. Nov 27 1817. Ux Baker/ D & Disy. Fined 5/-. May 30 1827. F.S. Commd. For trial for stealing on the 19th May one cotton handkef value 1/- & 3 shirts v. 21/-, the propy. Of James Kemp. Oct 3 1828. Ux Wm. Baker/ Disobedience of orders – to be confined in Gaol 14 days- 7 days of that time on B & W. Feb 3 1829. Drunk & Disobedience of orders & insolence – to be confined in the gaol at the Ho. of Correction 14 days on B & W. Feb 16 1829. Ux Baker/ Assaulting Donald McDonald- Factory 6 mos & return to the service of the Crown. July 4 1832. Ux Baker/ Drunk, to be placed in a cell 6 days.
