Father: Daniel Brother: John Sister: Catherine Gaol Report: well conducted Ship Surgeon's Report: indifferent Van Diemens Land: Station Gang: Seven Mile Creek. Emerged from Gang 24/11/1846. 30/05/1846: Neglect of work - 6 days solitary. 04/08/1846: Hospital 04/08/1846: Misconduct in making away with new boots - 3mths imprisonment & hard labour. 10/12/1846: Returned to England per ship "Psyche".
Tried and convicted of highway robbery and stealing money. Tried with Naughton,Finn & Tooney, also onboard the 'Cadet'. 10 yr sentence.
