Francis Holland (20) for having counselled and procured James Farringdon, a servant to Samuel Potts, to commit divers felonies, and more particularly on the 13th and l6th of December, steal two several sums of 3s. 6d. and 4s. the property of his master, Potts; and for that he (Holland) received the same, knowing it to have been stolen.
