Absolute Pardon dated 14 December 1818, Conviction 29 May 1811 The Proceedings of the Old Bailey Theft: pocketpicking 29th May 1811 411. WILLIAM FRAZER was indicted for feloniously stealing from the person of Amos Dixon , a pocket book, value 1 s. three ten pound bank notes, and two five pound bank notes, his property .
