The following Police Incident may refer to this Margaret: Margaret Freeman, for making too free with the bottle in the first instance, and secondly with her tongue. Margaret — Bless your Honours, I acknowledge my errors, and hope master will wink at this, my maiden offence, which shall be the last. Mr Phillips, her master said, she was a hard working woman enough, and generally speaking, civil and sober; - admonished and discharged. Sydney Monitor, 15 Sep 1832.
