Thomas Freeman alias Smith alias Brummy, per Pestonjee Bomanjee 1, F.S., tried at Glamorgan, for larceny, received 9 months, native place is England, a sawyer, age 53 yrs, 5 feet 2 inches high, formally of Ross & Oatlands.
