John Fuller was convicted at Middlesex, London 15 July 1824 for stealing from a dwelling house. Previous sentence for stealing and served 5yr at a Penitent1ary (place not known). Life sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the ship 'Sir Charles Forbes' 1825. Single; quiet man; orderly; 22yrs; native place - Leeds, England; boot & shoemaker. Several notes of misconduct on his official record. Additional charge in Launceston Court. Sentence extended 7yrs. Recommended for a Conditional Pardon 1845.
