He was tried at Surrey Assizes, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 9 7 1791 after a voyage of 6months on Fleet ship ADMIRAL BARRINGTON. He married Mary Ann (Boxley) on 13 10 1817 at St Peters CofE Richmond. ..[Some details taken from this Website] ..Mary Ann (Boxley) was born on 29 6 1799 & was baptised on 4 8 1799 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. She was living at Brickfields with her parents in 1804. She is recorded with her father in 1814 at Sydney.
