THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE OLD BAILEY THOMAS FULWELL. Theft; grand larceny (to 1827). 27th February 1788. 239. THOMAS FULWELL was indicted for stealing, on the 21st of February , a linen apron, value 18 d. the property of Edward Balch . The prisoner was taken with his hand in the prosecutor's pocket, but before he had taken the apron out; therefore the Court directed the Jury to find the prisoner NOT GUILTY . Tried by the first Middlesex Jury before Mr. RECORDER.
