Tried at the Old Bailey. NEW COURT. FRIDAY, JANUARY 4; Fifth Middlesex Jury, before Mr. Common Sergeant. 303. JOSEPH FURNISS was indicted for stealing, on the 15th of December , 1 wheel, value 25s., the goods of John Mackrow ; and that he had been before convicted of felony . To which he pleaded GUILTY .
