Described as being Single; aged 24; Could read and write: Religion Protestant: Native of County Roscommon: Convicted for cow stealing on 25 February 1834 at Roscommon. Sentenced to transportation for life. Had no prior convictions: Height 5 feet 4 3/4 inches: complexion ruddy: Hair Brown and eyes hazel grey. Ticket of leave obtained in 1843. Number 43/1051. Certification of freedom in 1848. Number 48/203. Certification of Freedom states that he died 31 December 1847.
