Irish Convict Database by Peter Mayberry. Daniel Garrand, alias Garran, age 20, Fame (1817), Tried at Southampton Q.S. England, 1816, 14 years. DOB 1797, native place Kerry. Labourer. ---------------------------------------------------- Sydney Gazette, 24 Dec 1827. Police-OFFICE, WlNDSOR, 24th NOVEMBER, 1827. WHEREAS, the undermentioned Persons, who enjoy the Indulgence of A TICKET OF LEAVE, have represented to me, that their TICKETS have been STOLEN from them, or otherwise that they have been lost or destroyed; viz. - Daniel Garrand. Fame, County Kerry, 29, Labourer, 5 feet 6 and 3 quarter inches high, sallow complexion brown hair, hazle eyes, No. of Ticket 57,991, 5th February 1824.
