WHEREAS, the undermentioned Persons, who enjoy the Indulgence of A TICKET OF LEAVE, have represented to me, that their TICKETS have been STOLEN from them, or otherwise that they have been lost or destroyed; viz. - Daniel Garrand. Fame, County Kerry, 29, Labourer, 5 feet 6 and 3 quarter inches high, sallow complexion brown hair, hazle eyes, No. of Ticket 57,991, 5th February 1824.
