The guard consists of Lieutenant Donelan, 57th Regt, with a detachment of the same corps. Dr. Osborne, R. N. is the Surgeon Superintendent. Passengers, Mr. Drew and Mr. Stubbs. HIS EXCELLENCY the GOVERNOR has been pleased to approve of the following Alterations in the Police of the Colony ; viz. Cawdor—Edward Gately, per Lonach, to be Scourger. Sydney Gazette, 17 Mar 1828. Colonial Secretary's Office, Sydney, 26th Sept. 1831. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the following alterations in the Police of the Colony ; viz.
