1829 - Waterloo's first voyage arrived at Sydney Cove 9 July 1829. 180 Male Convicts. 2 Died on voyage. 7 sent to the hospital on landing. Total mustered; 171. Stephen Addison - Commander Michael Goodsire - Surgeon Superintendent [His wife was a passenger] 1842 - The Waterloo voyage of 1842 was wrecked on 28/8/1842. 189 people drowned, these being 143 convicts, 15 men of the 99th Regiment, together with 17 wives and children, the boatswain Mr. Chiverton, the sailmaker, the carpenter and 11 of the crew. Convicts were then received in Cape Town Prison from the wreck of the Waterloo, 2nd September 1842. They then completed their voyage to VDL per “Cape Packet” which arrived on 23/11/1842.

National Archives. Criminal Petitions. HO 17/84/77 1834 July 22 - 1837 Sept 27 Prisoner name: George Summers. Prisoner age: 19 years. Court and date of trial: Hampshire Summer Assizes, Winchester, 10 July 1834. Crime: Burglary, at the premises of Stephen Cantell at West End in the Parish of South Stoneham on 25 May 1834. Initial sentence: Death recorded and commuted to transportation for life. Gaoler's report: 'Character bad, in prison before'. Annotated (Outcome): 'Nil'. Petitioner(s): Anthony Summers (father, a tailor) undersigned by 79 inhabitants of Southampton [Hampshire] allegedly known to the convict. Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Convicted on the testimonies of William Andrews who has a bad character and Taylor who has since been arrested for burglary; previous good character; he was in bed at home at the time of the offence. Additional Information: Ordered to Leviathan [convict hulk]; convicted with Thomas Hayter and Richard Ryder alias Richard Nott. ----------------------------------------------------------- Thomas Hayter, George Summers, and Rd. Rider alias Nott, for burglariously entering the house of Stephen Cantell, at South Stoneham, on the 25th May on the 25th May, and stealing several pieces of cloth, 12 silver tea spoons, &c. Reading Mercury, 28 July 1835. The following convicts, capitally convicted the last assizes, have been removed on board the Leviathan Hulk, at Portsmouth: — … Thomas Hayter, George Summers, Richard Ryder, ...to be transported for life; ...
