At our Assizes which ended Horsham on Wednesday, twelve prisoners were tried, three of were capitally convicted and received sentence of death, but were respited before the Judge left the town viz. John Talton, aged 21, and Michael Gillespie, aged 19, for robbing John White of a silver watch; ...
