James Halpin, in his will dated 28 Dec 1852 (date of his death), left his estate to his two sons Patrick and Michael. Mary Gilshenan is the mother of Michael but not Patrick as Patrick was aged between 21 and 45 according to 1841 census and too old to be her son. Patrick is possibly the son of James, born in Limerick Ireland, prior to 1818.
